Manchester is renowned for being fabulous, exciting and always at the top of it's game. Whether that is in terms of sport, as I write this Manchester currently dominates the Premier League with City and United take 1st and 2nd position in the league table. In terms of shopping as well as the every high street shop imaginable Manchester is home to the UK's inner-city shopping centre. Or in terms of nightlife, with bars fit for film stars and premiership footballers you really wont be disappointed with Manchester.

Going on what I have just written why wouldn't you want to come to Manchester, even more so why wouldn't Hen and Stags? Manchester is a dream to explore throughout the day and night and with a wider range of activities than any other city outside of London you are guaranteed a Stag or Hen Weekend to remember. Just to give a brief insight into what you can do in Manchester I have carefully selected a couple of my personal favourite activities to tell you about.

Daytime

Snowboarding - Situated just outside of the city centre in what can only be described as a snow haven is Chill Factore. Home to the longest indoor ski and snow slope in the UK Chill Factore is every adventure enthusiast dream. Packages vary from taster sessions for those who are a bit wobbly on their feet to ski passes for those who know their Andrecht from their Angelo and want show off their moves. Once you have finished your activity why not grab a bite to eat or a drink in one of the bars or restaurant on site or pop across the road to the infamous Trafford Centre and maybe pick put a new outfit for the night's festivities.

Wowballs - Experience the feeling of walking on water without getting wet (unless you want to) as you run in an inflatable ball along the lanes of a swimming pool. Wow balls give you and your group the chance to try something different and enjoy the full use of the swimming pool for a bit of fun or a relax. As you pop yourself into the ball you will seriously feel a sensation you have never felt before whilst trying your hardest not to fall over!

A night at the dogs - One of the great things about Manchester is that despite being home to some of the richest people, extravagant hotels and most exquisite restaurants in the UK it is not a stuck up city. This is shown at one of the most down to earth venues you could wish to visit Belle Vue Dogs race track. Whether you want to dress up, enjoy a stunning meal and watch the dogs race from the comfort and warmth of the glass fronted restaurant or you want to get down to the track and don your flat cap you really can do it all here and have great fun doing it without breaking the bank.

Birdcage - No this might be one more for the Hens than the stags but everyone is welcome in this the ultimate party venue. The Birdcage offers cabaret from some of the most stunning drag queens you will ever see as well as the greatest cheesy tunes of all time played throughout the night to keep you laughing until it is time to go home. With package options available for reserved seating I would get in early ladies as this place really is the worst kept secret in Manchester.
